AEG X ONE was founded in 2025 by Anass El Ghallab, after 15 years between top consulting firms and the data leadership of industrial groups.
The idea behind the firm is simple: bring the rigour of top houses without their pricing opacity, and the agility of startups without their amateurism. Make sure leaders receive work that holds, signed by one hand.
Now based in Morocco with a commercial presence in France, Anass continues to operate directly on every engagement — the firm's promise is that there is no intermediary between you and the person thinking about your case.
