How much does a scoped engagement cost?

Depending on scope, expect €12k–€60k excl. tax for a 4–12 week scoping engagement. Nominal pricing, no elastic range: we frame first, we price second.

How quickly can we start?

First call within 48 business hours. Scoping document within 5–7 days of the first conversation. Operational start within 2 weeks, unless client constraints (RFP, approvals, etc.).

Do you work on time-and-materials or fixed price?

Both. Scoped engagement at fixed price for a finite scope (audit, scoping, POC). Expert staffing for exploratory topics or growing teams. Long-term steering for recurring strategic presence.

Do you subcontract?

No. You have direct access to the person who thinks and executes on your file. That's the firm's promise — no intermediary.

Which sectors do you serve?

Banking & insurance, industry & logistics, distribution & retail, public sector, energy & utilities, health & pharma. Always B2B, ideally in regulated or high-data-volume contexts.

Where is the data hosted?

EU (France, Netherlands, Germany) or Morocco, on demand. For regulated clients (banking, health), sovereign hosting is available as an option on ax·core.
